1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jumanji AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jumanji AI is a white-label AI platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered tools under their own brand. The Service includes a multi-tenant dashboard system accessible to platform administrators, white-label vendors, and end users.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Jumanji AI sends SMS text messages solely for account verification and two-factor authentication (2FA) purposes. By providing your phone number during account setup, you consent to receive SMS verification codes from Jumanji AI at the phone number provided.
- Message frequency: Verification codes are sent only when you initiate a login attempt. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from Jumanji AI to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
- For help: Reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at support@jumanjiai.com.
- Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively for account authentication within the Jumanji AI platform.
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US wireless carriers. Jumanji AI is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Jumanji AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Jumanji AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute spam or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Jumanji AI platform are owned by Jumanji AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Jumanji AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumanji AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://jumanjiai.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
Jumanji AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
